These terms govern your use of the heyboat marketplace operated by heyboat Ltd ("heyboat", "we"). By using heyboat you agree to them.

1. The marketplace

heyboat connects travellers with charter operators. Charters are provided by independent operators, not by heyboat. We facilitate discovery, enquiries, and bookings, but the charter contract is between the traveller and the operator.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use heyboat.

3. Listings & operators

Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, pricing, and for delivering the charter. Some listings may be created from public information and shown as unclaimed until the operator claims them; an operator may claim or request removal of their listing at any time.

4. Bookings & payments

Prices, deposits, and cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. heyboat may charge a service fee, disclosed before you pay. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, heyboat is not liable for the acts or omissions of operators or travellers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
